I-130 Â Petition for Alien Relative Residing Outside the US
This form is used if you are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident and you need to establish your relationship to an eligible relative who wishes to come to and get a Permanent Resident Card.
I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Conditional Aspects of Permanent Residency
This process is used if you are a conditional permanent resident who obtained status through marriage and want to apply to remove the conditions on your permanent resident status.
Application for Permanent Resident Status (I-130 already approved)
This process is used if you are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident and your eligible relative wishes to remain in the United States permanently and get a Permanent Resident Card.
Naturalization Petitions

This process is used if you want to apply for U.S. citizenship, either based on three (3) years of marriage to a United States Citizen or five (5) years of continuous permanent residence in the United States.
